1. Acceptance
- By using Cache, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
- These Terms apply to everyone using Cache — individuals, businesses, and their authorized users.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.
- You're responsible for anything that happens under your account. Keep your password safe.
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use Cache for illegal activity, money laundering, or tax evasion.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent our security.
- Don't impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of someone without authorization.
- Don't upload malware, infringing content, or anything you don't have the right to share.
4. Billing
- Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Prorated on upgrade.
- No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
- Your beta access is free; when we launch billing, we'll give 30 days' notice.
5. Termination
- You may cancel anytime from account settings. Your data is available for 90 days post-cancellation.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after notice where reasonable.
6. Disclaimers
- Cache is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, though we try hard.
- Cache is not a bank, accountant, or financial advisor. Consult professionals for advice.
- We're not liable for tax filings you submit based on Cache's data — you are.
7. Changes
- We may update these Terms. Material changes get 30 days' email notice.
- Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
- Disputes go to courts in Toronto, unless you're a consumer with different statutory rights.
